Meet Nikki Dvorak Larsen

Nikki Dvorak, LAc, EAMP, LMT (she/her) has been dedicated to helping people find relief and balance since 2004, when she began her career in massage therapy and sports bodywork. Over time, her passion for holistic well-being led her to expand her skill set through Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, but her true calling emerged as she discovered the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation.

Today, Nikki is committed to sharing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other meditation practices as a way to address both the body and mind. She believes that learning to cultivate presence, self-awareness, and compassion can be life-changing—helping individuals navigate stress, enhance resilience, and foster genuine connection to themselves and others. As an MBSR Teacher-in-Training, she offers weekly guided meditation sessions via Zoom and is has numerous full MBSR 8 week class offerings in 2025.

Beyond her clinical and teaching roles, Nikki embraces a personal mindfulness practice that includes reading, journaling, painting, intentional movement, and daily meditation. Her goal is to make the tools of MBSR and mindfulness accessible to everyone, creating a ripple effect of positive change in each community she touches. Although her Acupuncture practice is generally at capacity, she welcomes anyone interested in her meditation offerings or upcoming MBSR programs.
