Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll discover a supportive environment to explore mindfulness and cultivate inner peace. We conduct these sessions virtually via Zoom to meet the convenience of your schedule!
8-Week MBSR Program
For those seeking a more in-depth approach, Nikki offers an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course. Each session blends guided meditation, gentle movement, and group dialogue, culminating in a full Day of Mindfulness. While registration is currently handled on an individual basis, this structured program provides practical tools for managing stress, enhancing self-awareness, and promoting overall well-being. (Note: Nikki is an MBSR Teacher in Training.)
